          What is the Skeletal System?

Why do we have a skeletal system ?

          To support our body
     Protection
          What does the skull protect?
          The brain
          Why are the ribs important?

Our skeleton is divided into two parts: the axial and appendicular sections.
The axial skeleton is made up of 80 bones.
     Skull
     Ribs
     Spine
